Bachelor- B-A-C-H-E-L-O-R- Bachelor

Jesi decided to take off and visit SLC and her family without me this week. I wasn't very happy about this decision. I would miss her and Zander terribly. The first day they were gone, I went about my usual business...work, eat, sleep. ZZZZZZZZ. My day sure wasn't fun when I had to come home to an empty house without my best friends at home. As I sat around deciding if I should indulge in a bowl of ice cream and watch a movie, or whether I should go to bed... I started thinking about it, and decided to take full advantage of the newly discovered "opportunity??" and play and work as hard as I could. With no time boundaries, I worked long hours and I decided to play long hours as well. Here is a list of some of the activities I participated in.

Golf-

Many of you know I love to play golf. Well with the heat and busy schedule, I haven't been able to play for about 3 months. Luckily I had a client talk me into getting out there early one morning, and enjoying what I love, on the course I love most! This is where some of the excitement began.
The big fella you see in between me and the guy in the goofy hat...is Jay Schroeder (SCHRADER.) Jay was a QB for the Raiders and Redskins through the 80's and early 90's He went to the Pro-bowl and had many other accomplishments. He was driving it 300+ (probably 350+ occasionally,)
and my claim to fame is that I out drove him ONCE. Hey...I'll take it.

The next activity, got me indulging in my inner child.

Paintball- (and NO this isn't me. My photo comes up later on.)
I recently inherited some paintball gear from my beloved father-in-law (your vocals are incomparable "Big Train")
Ever since I got that gear I have been itching to play. It is really hard to get every ones schedules and find a time we can all play. Adam and I have been trying hard to pull this off. Finally I just went. Me, Myself, and My gun...oh ya, and Josh. (How could I forget the man that gave me this-- and this.
I was just lucky I didn't turn out like THIS.

Those were bloody this morning, Thanks Josh! I will make sure and invite you next time I want to get hit from 15 feet away right in the kidney.

Needless to say...We are playing again tomorrow morning! I'm a glutton for punishment I guess.

Then...

(Yes there is more. If you are still paying attention you deserve a brownie. Go get one, and then come back and finish.)

My wonderful neighbor Cameron was able to make an evening complete. He brought home this-
2008 Ford Mustang ROUSH Speedster with a supercharger. A $60K car with 850 miles on it (I'm sure 800 of those were done at speeds of 90+)

First Cameron let me drive. Lets just say it paints you to your seat. Second Taylor had the glorious opportunity and I was passenger. The car WANTED to go fast I swear it wasn't us. The car would have done 130 MPH+ EASY, but we would have never dreamed of it...You hear me wifey/mom/mother-in-laws...I wouldn't have even dreamt it...) 120MPH Now that's a different story! ;)
427 horses under that hood...even Freddie can get a handle on what I'm talking about here. That's a LOT of power. I'm scared of Hawkeye, and he is just ONE horse.

The only things that could have made this a better week is if my wonderful lover girl and my studly son could have been with me through it all. (and if I didn't have to eat frozen burritos, leftover stir fry, frozen pizza, and nachos for every meal.) You know what I'm talking about dad.

Well, that is it for the adventures of Paul and his super bachelor week.
Tune in next week for an installment of "Jesi rode on a giraffe!"
